Applied online and got a call a few days later. They seemed very nice, I had a tour of the facility before the actual interview. Everything seems well organized on that front.
To the interview, what a mess of an interview it was. I sat at a table not big enough for everyone to sit down (mind you it wasn't a small table). People were standing and also asking questions. One person said on here about answering their questions until they feel content about the response... yeah that's exactly it. I have never felt so attacked in an interview before, it blew my mind. Some people were nice, asked normal interview questions and were happy with just a response. Way too many people there up on their high horse because they're a "coach". Afterwords, I was given a simple math exam, and I know I passed that because it was simple.
Maybe a week later I was called and said I didn't get the job... Was a breath of fresh air, because my God it seems toxic to work there. Maybe some people like that, but I don't. If their "interview" process says anything about their culture, it's about favorites and opinion, not facts and work ethic. This interview was a few years ago, so I don't remember the exact questions.
