The process started with an email invite for online gamified test. After that I had to give a video interview online, where I replied to pre recorded questions. Three behavioral questions were asked. I was given 3 seconds to think and 2 minutes to record my answer. Luckily I had already prepared examples for leadership question and tackling a problem in past. But for second question I had to think on the spot and it was an average answer.
