Interview
The interview process was more about hypothetical situations and tests that are not relevant to the JD. The questions asked, did not allow me to showcase what I can bring to the company. The lack of expertise in a certain area was focused on, instead of seeing if I am able to and will be willing to learn and decipher the problem. This is the worst way to attract the right and unique talent.
