All scheduling contact was handled via email, and all interviews were handled via video conference. Recruiter initially contacted my within 2 weeks of my initial application, and held a brief 20 minute call to go over the position, my compensation expectations, and my overall experience to ensure that I was a good fit. The following day, the recruiter scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager for the position. The hiring manager asked several questions about my experience, with a focus on handling clients and relationship building. Some specifics were around navigating through product bugs, and prioritizing client demands. Also asked about personality traits which make for a good technical account manager. The interview was held to a very strict time limit, and although conversation was going well, the interviewer had a hard stop. Within a few days, recruiter emailed into inform me that that I would not be receiving an offer.
