Standard interview process accurately reflected on Glassdoor and on their website. Everything goes very smooth up until the homework assignment. Expect to invest 10-15 hours of extra work interpreting and completing their assignment for presenting to a panel of 2-3 current team members. I was advanced through 3 rounds of interviews, then I spent about 12 hours preparing for the 30 min presentation and 4th interview. My presentation was perfectly fine, polished, and I tactfully incorporated all of their instructions and fielded the gotchas, except for one item I misinterpreted (which was easily corrected). Fast forward 4 days and I receive an auto-rejection email template with no explanation or response from the recruiter. Complete waste of my time, and the team members time, who went through ~10 45-min panel presentations. Accurate representation, however, of their company culture.

Most frustrating and unprofesional experience. Recruiter sent an email asking for interview availability. After submitting my times, I was ghosted after following up twice. Then 2 weeks later I got the same notification from the recruiter asking for my availability. After scheduling a time with the recruiter, we met. I'm a Green Card holder and 1 minute into the interview, the recruiter stopped and said she wasn't sure if I was eligible to work in the US with a Green Card and needed to check internally before proceeding. I state that I'm a Green Card holder in my resume so she could have asked this before the interview. Furthermore her LinkedIn profile says she's been in recruitment for a long enough period to know Green Card holders do have work authorization. 30 seconds after the call ended, she sent me a re-booking link. I re-booked another time and when that time came around, she cancelled the meeting with no explanation. No respect for wasting candidates time.
