The first step was to review an information session recording and then proceed to the interview. It was an interview where the recruiter talked at me the whole time detailing how difficult the industry was and how most financial advisors fail. He didn't ask me any questions about myself or my experience, only on a scale of 1-10 how likely I am to want to continue a career as a financial advisor. I answered 9 and he said they only proceed with candidates that answer 10. I really don't appreciate how they wasted my time and energy in a difficult job market.

The first step was a "Info Session", in which they make you believe you'll have a talk with the Founder (Matt Logan).
