      Customer Success Manager Interview

      Apr 26, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Shawnee, KS
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at RiskIQ (Shawnee, KS) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Call with a recruiter asking the standard questions, then invited into the office for a 3 part interview. Received an email from the recruiter saying they were preparing an offer for me, in the mean time wanted me to have coffee with the Director of Customer success as a final step. Then nothing for the next 3 months, I contacted the them multiple times and finally after meeting one of their people at a local security event I get the "we are going a different direction" email.
