      Customer Success Interview

      Application

I interviewed at RiskIQ in Sep 2016

      Interview

Turn around after applying online was quick. The manager I ultimately interviewed with was either poorly trained in interviewing or was intentionally misleading in questions and comments about the position. I had concerns about the company due to the lack of diversity. The Shawnee office was almost entirely men. I do not typically notice such things, but it was overly apparent. My impression of the company declined after the interview process.

Thank you for your honest and valuable feedback. We, like many other technology companies, share your concern. Diversity is very important to us, and we strive to hire the best candidates. We have taken, and are continuing to take, steps to fulfill on those twin goals. We believe that our efforts will bear fruit in the coming months, as our new hires will add to the diversity of RiskIQ and our Shawnee and San Francisco office.
