I applied online on a Friday and received an email requesting a phone screening the same day. I was given "suggested times" which were on Sunday and Monday. I scheduled for Monday morning and I did not receive a phone call. I followed up with an email. She apologized as she explained she did not get my email until the day of the screening. We rescheduled for 2 days later. On the day of the screening I waited for our scheduled time. 40 minutes past the scheduled time I receive a call however I had to get back to my current job. She apologized again and we rescheduled for the next day. I was able to proceed with that phone screening. Two days later i had another interview with the employee who's job I would be taking. I was told that I would hear back about another interview soon. Four days pass and I here nothing. I email the initial person I had the screening with requesting an update. Three minutes later I receive a rejection email stating that RiskIQ would be proceeding with another applicant. This was on a Tuesday. On Friday RiskIQ posted an Office Manager position on Craigslist. This behavior in my opinion is very disrespectful and highly unprofessional.
