Have to say, this company - and one woman in particular, who I'm not sure if I'm allowed to name (not the CEO) - is exceptionally disappointing. I had very high hopes that this could be a great fit, and was treated incredibly unprofessionally. Late 2016: I applied for a job as a Data Analyst in their Charleston, SC office - still a difficult find for that geographic area. I followed up via email a week later, nothing. A month or so later, I follow up again, and I'm contacted by HR the following day. I do a phone interview with the recruiter, it goes well. I do a second phone interview with the hiring manager, also goes well. Recruiter calls me back and says they'd like to bring me on-site for a third interview, and will call me on Monday with a date - mind you, I'm travelling 4+ hours for this (gladly, because I like the company). I complete their Excel test and return it the same day. The following week, the recruiter does not get back to me as promised. I email her twice before receiving an automatic rejection letter! No email, no explanation. I email her and the hiring manager and finally get an answer: we just found someone we liked better, sorry. But you're a good candidate so keep applying! Mid- 2018: A year later - during which time I've been employed - another posting pops up, again in Charleston. I notice that the recruiter is still employed with them, and has been promoted, so I email her again, attach my new resume, tell her I'm still interested. That was two weeks ago. Haven't heard a peep. To boot, I have a friend who had the same experience with the same person. Very highly qualified individual. By all other accounts this is a great company, but the lack of professionalism here is reprehensible. Would have loved to bring my talents to the table, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
