Applied and received R test to complete, wasn't too hard. After completing test had 2 interviews, one shorter with an Analyst at the company followed by another 1-2 hours long with a mix of analysts and management. Received offer after second interview. The second interview was was a mix of technical (more conceptual) and behavioral questions.
