Easy as pie. Be personable and you'll be fine. If manager sees you're transparent, you'll likely receive an offer. Be positive and always make eye contact. Walk in with confidence and you might be interviewed on the spot.
It was a fairly easy and smooth process. I scheduled the interview online, showed up, and then I was offered the position on the spot. Overall a pretty average experience.
I was interviewed. I do not want to do this and I think that it is absurd that I am forced to do this just to access some features. I was interviewed about 2 yrs ago I do not remember much and I don't care to.

Only one interview was conducted, with the store manager. Drug test and background check were required. Standard interview questions--nothing complex, no logic or math assessments were required to be completed.
