Interview
I had worked for Rite Aid before so when I applied at a different location they called me up quickly. I was actually there a little early and the manager was in a meeting with a couple of people. After that was done we went into the office and started chatting. Most of the questions were pretty predictable; your work history and experience. He decided to hire me after the interview and got me going on the background check and drug test.

hired on the spot very casual and laid back environment received on the job training immediately and was integrated right away. asked basic questions why did i want to work there, availability etc
After submitting application online you have to wait for then to email back. Really easy 1 phone interview with recruiter after applying online, they will send you an email with time frame.
It was very easy and they want what is best for you. The manager asked me about my availability and is looking for motivated and outgoing people to hire. I signed some papers and had to get a drug test and I started work the following week. The management is excellent.
