I filled out the application and received a phone call the same day to ask if I was available for an interview. Went in for an interview the same day and met with one of the Directors and Shift Supervisors. Was given a tour of the facilities and sat through a 15 min 1 on 1 interview. Then asked to come back the next day to shadow some of the other Coaches to make sure this is what I wanted to do (unpaid).

Long , unorganized, difficulty reaching HR specialists. The seldom return call when they say they will and never show up for interviews they have rescheduled. A much better job could be done to promote communication between the company and new hire or prospective hires.

Prompt response to application. Did a phone screening and then a Zoom interview. They talked about the position and it’s responsibility. I didn’t realize it was a night position so I did not accept the offer.
