I applied online. I interviewed at Riverbed Technology in May 2024
Interview
I met with two people thus far in the process and emailed twice asking for an update a week after my last meeting and did not hear back. It's been over a month since I last met with them so I'm assuming that I've been ghosted. I think it would have been a better experience if I had received some kind of response about if I'm going to the next round, if they selected someone else, or if there was any feedback.

Hiring screener seemed nice, but very inexperienced and amateur at dealing with candidates. They left a voicemail without a last name and no email asking for screening times.

They asked a lot of technical questions and 15 minutes in it was apparent their system was different from the one they advertised online. I politely ended the interview.
