Had several interviews with local managers and team members. Not an indepth interview process. My back ground information was validated by HR, and overall the interveiw process was very easy and quick. I met with the hiring manager to start, then several team members that I would be working with. Very open format.

The process felt made up, like they were literally making it up as they went. They weren't shy in asking for documentation, presentations, action plans, etc. After the 5th interview I received a "Dear John" letter declining me for the role. My name was even spelled wrong and the rest was pure boilerplate. I asked for a debrief and was ignored.
