I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Riveron (Washington, DC) in Feb 2018
Interview
Let me begin by mentioning that this was the most efficient hiring process I encountered throughout my career search. At no point did I feel like "just another applicant" and I always understood what the next steps were. I interviewed with various Managers and Directors within the company, beginning with the Recruitment Manager. Throughout the interview process, I was tested thoroughly for personality/cultural fit which Riveron clearly places as a high priority. The recruitment manager took great care to ensure that the combination of interviewers were from various functions (including business development, technical specialist and Managing Director) within the firm to also assess my technical ability and possible placement. The process took approximately 1.5 months in total with a constant stream of communication regarding my application and progress, allowing me to plan and prepare accordingly.

Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple ones via Zoom as well as an in person lunch. Questions depended on the interviewer: some were technical, some were experienced-based, and some were just conversational.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Riveron (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2023
Interview
Basic phone screen with recruiter, followed by a modeling skill assessment with 24-hour timeline to complete. The skill assessment was difficult for me, however I am coming from a background with no modeling experience. I later found out the excel sheet I was asked to fill out was already published online.

Question 1
Asked me to walk them through my resume and spent the remainder of the time talking about the firm.
Very tardy interviewers that show up more than 20 min late or don't show up for scheduled meetings and reschedule last minute. They are a huge waste of time for anyone who already has a tight schedule or see the value in time.

Question 1
Basic questions. But very unprofessional, I would not recommend wasting time preparing and interviewing with this company.
