In depth interview process, meeting with team members and executives across the firm. As someone who joined, made me feel good that there is a rigorous vetting process for both sides, the interviewee and interviewer. They genuinely want people who want to be there. Some of the interviews were challenging but the recruitment did a great job keeping you focused and preparing you for interviews.

Great interview process met with 5 or 6 folks. They asked high level questions around background and then dove into the specifics . All of the interviews are done virtually and are open to having a remote workforce
