A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for the role and we had a phone screen. She was great and I moved on to a zoom interview with the manager, which went fine as well. I followed up with the recruiter after not hearing back and she never responded. This was a few weeks ago and I was basically ghosted for a job that they reached out to me for.
