Interview
Series of breakfasts, lunches and happy hours over a month. Background and skills are definitely inquired, but culture and personality fit is the number one factor they look for in a candidate. Generally meet with people at all levels...manager, senior manager, principal, director, etc. Definitely expected and prepared for more.
Interviewer was misleading about the role and was not responsive. Also did not ask relevant questions about the role, blacklisted on my end. Heard about some red flags about the company by an acquaintance that was corroborated by the interviewer.

A few rounds. Case study and a modeling exam followed by a few rounds of behavioral interviews. Seemed like they wanted to aim for fit and knowledge of finance / accounting. Some cash flow questions as well.
