I was contacted via email and asked to choose an interview date through Microsoft Bookings. After selecting a slot, I saved the .ics file into my calendar. On the day of the interview, I joined at the scheduled time shown in my calendar, but nobody from Riverty joined. Later, I discovered there was a time shift between the confirmation email (10:50) and the calendar invite (11:50). Despite this clear mismatch in their booking system, they blamed me for not showing up, which made the experience negative.
