Rivian Factory Worker interview questions

It was really straightforward. Honestly they're just looking for warm bodies. You apply online then get put in a class of about 30 people. There is 1-2 weeks of training for all areas of the production floor including on the job training and PowerPoints. The free food is a plus. You get assigned a group based on area of floor you are working in and get to meet your manager. Where you are assigned depends on your background and the shift you wanted. The interview is a group interview and ridiculously easy.
