Overall the interviewers were pleasant and nice, but for the last interview wasn't handled well because recruiter provided overview that topic would be on "Product Ownership and Leadership". What ended up was another unexpected coding interview with nothing on the agenda topic was discussed. This was being done at 4AM as I was in a different time zone and had to accommodate interviewer's schedule. Seems internally they can't align amongst themselves. If they wish to assess the candidate's coding proficiency for reassurance, that's fine with advance notice. Changing the topic at last minute at 4AM when the candidate has already prepared to discuss according to agenda is quite disrespectful.
