The interview process for the RV Tech position was three rounds. The first round was an introductory call, the second round focused mostly on behavioral questions, and the third round included technical, behavioral, and TPM-style questions. Overall, the interviewers were nice and professional. However, I did not receive an offer. My advice to future candidates is to make sure you clearly connect all of your experience together and answer the behavioral questions with strong examples. If you are not able to tie your past experience directly to the role and explain your thought process clearly, it may be difficult to move forward.
