Applied online. Went through several rounds of interviews, including a take-home assessment. Had 1-on-1's with several team members and the co-founder (final round). Mix of behavioral and technical questions that were relevant to the position. Interviewers seemed genuinely interested in my experience and were friendly. Overall good experience, though the process was lengthy. The team clearly cares about "culture fit" so I understand the number of rounds of interviews. The holidays interrupted my interview process, likely causing it to be more drawn out than usual, but I did appreciate that the recruiter followed up a number of times throughout that time to give me updates.
