The interview was fine, but make sure you do some homework on job titles. It seems a lot of people have overinflated job titles there. The 'VP of Information Technology' was basically just the internal IT manager. And one of the 7 people or so reporting to this role is the CISO, which is just the one cybersecurity guy. Just make sure the title is consistent with industry and scope. I was reached out about the role by a recruiter and 5 minutes into the interview it became clear I was way overqualified for the role, so ended up being somewhat of a waste of time.
