I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Bosch in May 2017
Interview
There was initially a CV and cover letter application through email. Then phone interview with HR intern regarding CV competences/ school/ courses/ role. Quite normal questions and faily easy process. Then second interview either through phone/skype/office with the manager and perhaps another intern/colleague. Questions are direct, easy and the interview flows as a conversation. Workplace scenarios and behavioral questions' focus overall.
good, to the point, make sense, more like discuss instead of interview so it was a good experience. the interview process was so quick, maybe because they need someone as soon as possible
The recruiter came late around 15 minutes and didn't show any enthusiasm for applicants. Regardless still have the initiative to offer another role as an alternate option given to candidates.
