Robert Bosch SAP Security interview questions

İt was 2nd time I was interviewed for SAP Security on Robert Bosch. Manager and HR attended an interview. Instead of asking technical based questions, he started asking me about my orientations on future career as "he was confused about my background". Afterwards, he started asking me personal questions which are out of scope and out of business etiquette. Job requirements were smth different and his stupid questions made no sense. He had very low soft skills as he couldnt even hide his emotions. As I already knew that my application will be rejected. I havent received any updates for 3weeks and when i send them email about update I just received automatic email. They dont treat candidates respectfully and manager shows off himself as a manager and candidate's background is lacking for this/that position. Then my question is, if u re already concerned about candidate's background for specfic role why have u even invited candidate for an interview? Stupid and arrogant. Will never apply to Bosch again.
