Robert Half Branch Manager interview questions

From the first contact and throughout the process, everyone I encountered was professional and seemed to love working for the company. I was given all the information necessary to determine if the position was of interest to me, get a feel for the company culture, and was asked relevant questions to determining if I was an ideal candidate for them as well.

Answered careerbuilder ad. Was contacted by company within a couple of weeks. Had an initial screening phone interview, ended by setting up follow up with someone else the next week. 2nd phone interview with regional mgr. Then in person interview with regional director. Then a visit to a local branch was set up where I re-met 2 of the 3 previous interviewers. Offer was made within a week of the 3rd interview. Pretty straight forward interview process.
