I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Very friendly interview process. Their goal is to understand the best way they can help you. The questions mainly focus on the work you have done so far, the roles you are looking for currently, your skills, ability to interact with clients directly, and hourly rate. They also ask for a list of companies that you are interested in working with.
The recruiter was easy to talk to and kept things clear and professional. They asked about my background, what I’m looking for, and explained how their process works. We didn’t move forward with a job right away, but I appreciated the follow-up and overall it was a good experience.
