Very thorough focusing on my goals and what i wanted and what i had to offer to the company and which potential areas to develop. He asked me about every item in my resume and asked questions. Also asked me to rate my skill level in each area of knowledge.
The recruiter was easy to talk to and kept things clear and professional. They asked about my background, what I’m looking for, and explained how their process works. We didn’t move forward with a job right away, but I appreciated the follow-up and overall it was a good experience.

They just called me and basically I got the job on the spot. It seemed extremely sketchy because it seemed way too good to be true and it ended up being way too good to be true.
