I was asked questions about my job skills, and past employers to be filled out on an online application. Also, what was my job experiences I had in the past, plus any special training such as was I in a team environment, computer software I knew or any machines that I knew how to use. I was given a data entry timed test for alpha and numerical typing. We discussed what types of jobs I felt I would be qualified for and if I would like a short term assignment or a long term assignment.
