Standard interview process. Recruiter was upbeat and responsive in the beginning. Asked for references then scheduled interview. Was told I was a good fit and the next step was the background check and I would receive the link to submit online in 24 hours. It has been a week and now with no word on the next step. I called and got him on the phone once to ask for the status of the background application. He said I would get it by morning. It has been more than a week and still no link. Now all calls go to his voice mail. If you aren't going to proceed, then at least say so.
