Meet with all Divisional and Regional managers about 5 in total and then shadow on the floor. Not too intensive. You do get a clear understanding of what you're getting into and what's expected. Everything is pretty clear up front except for the bonus comp structure which is explained but you'll have time to get to that point as it takes awhile to ramp up.
