It was quite casual and less stiff than other interviews I have been in. The interview was in a small conference/meeting room. The interviewer asked about previous work experience, what you have learned, and the types of jobs you are interested in. They seemed really interested in my skills and wanting to land me a good job. It was a comfortable interview that seemed more like a positive conversation than a stiff, by-the-book interview and I appreciated this friendly and encouraging approach.
