Interview
I had previously applied for a position through Robert Half and was contacted by their corporate recruiter for a position with their corporate office. After the initial screening I was scheduled for a group interview over the phone with two managers from the instructional design team. They were great and super enthusiastic, friendly and professional. You could tell they really love their jobs. After the group interview, I was scheduled for a final interview with the department director. My recruiter followed up with me after every step in the process and contacted me a few days later to let me know I was selected for the position.

Interview
It was easy, straightforward and an appropriate amount of time. Would have liked slightly more responsiveness but I understand the recruiter was busy. Overall it was a good experience though.
The interview was held over Teams; before the interview, I had to edit my resume without identifying contact information. I thought this was a little counter-productive, but I complied. There were other application forms and waivers I had to sign.
I spoke to the recruiter, then had an interview with their client. I completed a test assignment because I didn't have a portfolio ready to share with them. This wouldn't be required if someone had a complete portfolio at the start of the process. Overall very pleasant experience.
