Did application and resume online, got a phone call the next day to come in for interview. They offered me a position that they had available from one of their clients. Completed a background check for the past 10 years including employment, residency and criminal check. They postponed however more than initially advised on the start date.

Not difficult, just thorough. The assessment test is pretty extensive and not just a five minute typing test. Have to do a couple to a few interviews before knowing.
First interview they ask you a bunch of questions about your life then you answer them then you have a second one going over compensation and what you will be getting paid

Straight forward, detailed and professional. The interviewer was very clear about the position and the job opportunity being offered. The interviewer seemed honest and trust worthy.
