Interview
An extremely rude and mean-spirited approach to an interview process. I was asked to come into a Starbucks outside in the middle of downtown and was repeatedly asked to change the time I came in. I was basically allocated ten minutes to only get criticized about my resume and work history. I was told it looked like I was a job hopper (despite working for one company for three years) and was subjected to be a test subject for another recruiter's shadowing day. I was never given any sort of answer about the position which is beyond rude in my book. Don't bother working for TCG, I have met other contractors of theirs with negative experiences as well and if they do this from the get go, imagine what day in and day out must be like.

Question 1
No actual questions about the job I was interviewing for, only insults thrown my way about my resume and work experience, like it was somehow my fault and choice to spend the last five years working nothing but freelance.

Interview
Interview process was efficient and the recruiter was hands on and very communicative. Appreciate the speed and efficiency with which I was placed with the end client for a contract to hire role.

The phone and virtual video interview processes were both very thorough. The experiences felt very collaborative as opposed to intimidating. Decent communication and follow-up after a few days but then dropped off.
