through an agency, was called then interviewed right away for a temp position, was interviewed in person in three days, then hired the next week , they helped me to re-read my resume and helped me understand what the job was for, they helped me see the reason behind the company and assisted with what to wear how to talk and where to be at the exact moment
First interview they ask you a bunch of questions about your life then you answer them then you have a second one going over compensation and what you will be getting paid
