I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Savannah, GA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online via the website. A little afterwards, I received a phone call from a recruiter to set up an interview for the external position. The interview itself was pretty casual. I end up not looking further into the job once I found out who the company was due to ethical and moral reasonings (I didn’t trash them and kept it very brief). The recruiter was fine with that and continue on the conversation as if he was really interested in taking me on as a client- helping me find a new position. However, once I emailed him about another position, all communications ceased after his initial response. It’s been a month, I haven’t heard back from him since even though he promised not to ghost me like a previous recruiter from Office Team did.

Question 1
Very informal, questions were based on my experience/background, what I like about recruiting, future goals, how I recruit.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
Long and extensive, they make you go into the office and shadow (unpaid) other employees for over an hour across multiple days. They did not give any follow-up on the interview process whatsoever. Overall, very unprofessional, especially coming from the "largest staffing agency" in the USA. Do not waste your time, they do not hold any consideration for candidates. The lack of follow-up is a spit in the face, and they should improve their interview process. I am disappointed I wasted so much time/energy on these inconsiderate people.
Multiple rounds of interviews. Not difficult but just wanted to make sure my experience was a good fit for the position. Everyone was super nice and made for an easy process.
