I would not waste your time interviewing with this company. I went into this office 7-8 times interviewing for an internal position. One on the inside team and one on the outside team. I had found out that they hired a prior employee and filled the position I was interviewing for. They had also made that decision the next day after I had shadowed and did not inform me. They office called me back in the following week to interview for an outside role, I do not have much experience with outside sales and they knew I preferred inside sales but I was willing to explore the role. After coming into the office, 2 more times... and learning more and asking questions, I interviewed with the Regional Manager for about 20-30 minutes. Thus, she had made her decision that I wasn't a fit for the outside role but if they had an inside role, they would've hired me immediately. THE ROLE I HAD ORIGINALLY INTERVIEW FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. After the time, gas, and meeting with the meeting the team... it seems like this office can't make decisions and I have no idea why they would bring in a candidate 7-8 times unless they were serious about making an offer. I expressed my concerns to them about an outside role and this company knew my limited experience and STILL wanted me to come in. If you know someones background ahead of time.
Also, their non-compete is pretty extensive, although I don't have a copy of it, I was told that it states that you can not work for any recruiting agency within 60 miles regardless of termination.
