Met with a staff member to discuss my background and skills and what kind of position I'm looking for. The interviewer then began to pick apart my likelihood of fitting with any of their clients because my master's is from an online university and I have been with 4 companies in the past 20 years, as opposed to say, only 2 companies. I was told that my work history looks unstable because of that. I thought it showed varied experience.
