I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Wilmington, DE)
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter after submitting my resume for a couple of positions. She called me for a screening of my background and invited me for an interview. Friendly atmosphere at the office, but long wait and lots of paperwork to fill out before going to the interview. I met with two recruiters, both friendly and to the point. Not much info on the two jobs given though, felt as if the interview was more for candidate screening purposes than for the candidate to learn more about the position. I did get the opportunity to interview with one of the clients but haven't yet had the interview.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Robert Half in Dec 2025
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half
