I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Addison, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
I initially was phone screened. That led to an interview that led to 6 more, shadowing, then homework. After all that they said I was a finalist and asked if I owned a tie even though I shadowed in a suit an tie. Super degrading and disappointing. Even if they offer, this is not the company for me. Don’t waste your time

Question 1
They asked me to put a list of things in order, starting from high priority to low.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Very short and unorganized. Did not feel very welcoming and was one of those experiences I could’ve been without. Got the feeling that this is mostly sales and not recruiting at all which was disappointing.
D’abord : Entretien téléphonique
Puis : Entretien physique
Puis : Demi journée d’observation
Pendant la demi journée d’observation on échange généralement avec plusieurs personnes de l’équipe pour avoir la possibilité d’échanger plus librement qu’avec son futur N+1
It was a 3-step interview process and was pretty quick within 2-3 days. First, I met with the hiring manager, then the Regional Manager and Director. An offer was made shortly after the last interview.
