First you took a test measuring your skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, which took about 30 minutes for each section. Then you completed a one on one interview. Not too bad. They ask you about your resume and to explain what you've done at each job. Entire process took about 1.5 to 2 hours. They call within a few days, very fast process.
