I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was welcomed by the traditional packet of paper work which took about 20-30 minutes to complete. This paperwork could have been completed at home and really took more time than I wanted to spend in a waiting room. Interview with Financial recruiter went well as she described the process of being hired going forward. Overall, the interview process was fair even though it was time consuming.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
I had an awful experience with Robert Half during my recent job search. While I appreciated the initial help in finding an opportunity, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor and unprofessional.
After receiving an offer for a position, I requested a short extension to make a thoughtful decision. Instead of accommodating or even discussing my request with the company that I was being hired for, the offer was withdrawn with little explanation because it "Would hurt their brand". It felt like my concerns and career goals were dismissed without any consideration.
As someone at the beginning of my professional career, I was hoping for a more supportive and transparent experience. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning what this business stands for. I expected more from a company that positions itself as a leader in staffing and recruitment.
Only got the first round interview, They said the position is closed already however they said they have a program which can refer me to other company. The interview is just behavior questions.
