I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2015
Interview
Was fast, pleasant, and included 2 hours of testing. Applied for a job on their website on Monday. Called and was directly transferred to a recruiter. Had a nice, albeit brief chat and scheduled an interview for the next day. Within an hour the recruiter had also sent me a LinkedIn request. The next day, the interview was conducted promptly. My work verification documents were completed (ID, DL, references. etc. taken). I really liked and was impressed by the fact that they had populated much of my informaiton into the froms (from when I applied online) so I didn't have to write out the same ol' info over and over. I felt valued and respected during the whole process. Two thumbs up!!
It was alright but I would definitely advice you to be prepared with notes and ready to ask questions once the interview ends. Everyone was very kind and considerate during the interview and they gave me enough time to ask questions at the end
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.
