Applied for a position online, was contacted by the recruiter rather quickly. Interview was scheduled for the following day. I understand how the "head hunting" process works, but I am really unsure of how this company makes enough money to stay in business because it seems like they rarely live up to the hype and or promises they fill your head with when you meet or talk to them. I do not know a single person who has ever found a job through Robert Half. The recruiter seemed more like a salesperson, she suggested some ways I could spruce up my resume, but I also felt like she wanted me to overinflate (aka "lie about") my skills and qualifications, which is something I am unwilling to do. This might explain why I never heard back from RH after meeting with the recruiter, but that is OK. I have more luck finding a job on my own. Also found the front office staff to be very rude and condescending on the day of my visit. Would not likely work with this firm in the future.
