I was referred by a friend who works at Robinhood. The recruiters were super prompt with there response and very transparent about the process and what they were looking for. Throughout the process they were super respectful of my offer deadlines and timeline expectations. The process started with a recruiter call, following which I had a 1 hour phone interview with the team lead. Following the phone interview, I was called onsite where I had 4 hour-long interviews. The interview questions were very relevant to the position they were hiring for. They got back with the interview feedback the very next day itself.
