I applied online, they contacted me back for a phone screening. After that I went onsite for four interviews. Then I had lunch with the CEO and then they extended an offer. The interviews seemed pretty standard; both in topic and difficulty. They were very quick and accommodating with the entire process.

Interview
OA session. 4 normal leetcode style questions in 70 minutes on codesignal. The distribution level is like easy, easy, medium and hard. No need to spend too much time on the first several questions.
First CodeSignal OA for 4 questions within 70 min. If pass, they will give you a Karat interview. Should be able to hear from HR about the result in 48 hours after Karat interview. The next round after that is HR call, then VO finally.

Regular process, I applied for the new grad role. Coding test, phone screen and four rounds of onsite. Everything happened very smooth and I got the offer within 3 days of my onsite as I had another deadline.
